What’s your plan for the rest of 2015?

Just a blink of an eye and half the year flashed by.

It felt like it was yesterday when i welcomed 2015.

How are your resolutions and goals coming up to? Especially your health goals.

Have you took action on the things you wanna achieve? Like

  • Lose 20 pounds
  • Consistently eat clean and healthy food
  • Exercise 3 times a week
  • Achieve below 6.5% HbA1c
  • Just be happier and feel more energetic

I hope things have been going well. Well if not, just take a small step. Each step you take becomes a habit!
